Coconut Chai

Liven your senses and satisfy your taste buds with this decadent Coconut Chai.


  1. 1 Cup of boiling water
  2. 400ml Coconut Milk
  3. 10 whole cloves
  4. 1 Black Tea Bag
  5. Tbsp Maple Syrup
  6. tsp Ground Cinnamon
  7. tsp Ground Ginger
  8. 1/3 tsp Vanilla Essence
  9. Pinch of Salt


  1. Place the tea bag and cloves in a mug and add the boiling water. Steep for 10 minutes.

  2. While it's steeping, place the coconut milk, cinnamon, maple syrup, ginger, vanilla and sea salt in a blender and combine for about 30 seconds. Transfer to a saucepan and gently heat while stirring with a whisk.

  3. Once the tea has brewed, discard the tea bag and strain the cloves. Add the tea to the coconut milk mixture in the saucepan. Stir and heat thoroughly until desired temperature is reached. Enjoy!
